It was high time i got my car serviced.... Poor thing had not been for servicing past 8-9 months in which there was a trip from Delhi - Agra - Auriya and back..
Finally to my relief a new car service centre CarNation opened up near my office with a pick and drop facility...
To make sure they had a good workshop i went a day before to their service place in Noida sector -63 I guess...The office was good and the workshop behind that looked neat..
There were not many cars considering it was sunday..i asked them to pick my car monday morning and deliver it same day.I gave my name, number etc and took off..
Monday they did not contact..tues i contacted them to pick up..they couldn't, saying they did not have their driver free..
Finally they sent a guy to pick my car on wednesday..Cool i thought..Gave details of things to be done..
1. Normal servicing with engine oil change (forgot to get coolant checked)
2. engine tuning (my car was roaring like mad dog) etc..
In after noon they called up several times, that some engine casket had rotten, vipers not good some rings near engine need to be changes , i agreed to all that asking the price..
Then another call came saying that the headlight are not working and they need to change bulb..That started annoying me and started my suspicion about their level of honesty..Because my headlights were perfectly all right day before..and they were suggesting me to change all bulbs.. I reluctantly said yes thinking okay that will improve the dimness of headlights..
Finally i got my car delivered..The engine sound was same as before servicing..I had my doubts whether did any of engine tuning..
Then i found my autolock was not working..3 doors would not open up...i was really frustrated ..then when i went home gave the car to my brother and as he ws going i saw left tail light was not working..
I could just give a wild guess what the fucking thing they did to my car's electrical cabling..
Even a small garage has good mechanics who love to get the car going.. You need not tell them, coolant, engine oil and engine tuning needs a look..they do it even if u forget..
They make sure the car runs smoothly..
But these carnation people i dont think they have employed good mechanis who love cars and who have proper training or knowledge or maybe experience in dealing with a good car service..Their nation lacks the zeal for its citizens..they are here just to do step by step things from manual, not trying to do anything beyond that..they want to charge you for every extra thing..get parts changed unnecessarily..in short THEY SUCK AS A NATION FOR CARS..Do think twice before handing them you beloved...

IT Bubble
This is nothing to cheer about, but just to show how the problem of any hierarchical system affects the people at the bottom of the chain.
Once upon a time the government with Ruling Party XYZ.. had a vast scrap yard in the middle of a desert.
Ruling Party XYZ Said..
- "Someone may steal from it at night."
So they created a night watchman position and hired a person for the job.
Then Ruling Party XYZ Said..
- "How does the watchman do his job without instruction?"
So they created a planning department and hired two people, one person to write the instructions, and one person to do time studies.
Then Ruling Party XYZ Said..,
- "How will we know the night watchman is doing the tasks correctly?"
So they created a Quality Control department and hired two people. One to do the studies and one to write the reports.
Then Ruling Party XYZ Said.. ,
- "How are these people going to get paid?"
So they created the following positions, a time keeper, and a payroll officer, then hired two people.
Then Ruling Party XYZ Said..,
- "Who will be accountable for all of these people?"
So they created an administrative section and hired three people, an Administrative Officer, Assistant Administrative Officer, and a Legal Secretary.
Then Ruling Party XYZ Said..,
- "We have had this command in operation for one year and we are $18,000 over budget, we must cutback overall cost."
So they lay off the night watchman.

MNS Should be Banned?
I had to write about this.
For new comers..I have studied till 12th in Maharashtra...And never in my life had i come across a single Marathi Manoos going blah blah about "you North Indian...".
People in Maharashtra are the most harmony loving people...evidently seen in the acceptance of their festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi celebrated by all sects in Maharashtra...
Yes, i say regionalism should be preached, if the intention is to protect domestic cultural values, but not at the cost of National interest...
Would Maharashtra or any other state would be able to survive if it was not part of India as a state.
If SIMI is being banned for various activities which are hampering nations integrity and unity then why not BAN MNS?
There should be petitions filed by IPS, IAS officers to ban such groups all over INDIA..
Who Is Mr. Raj Thackrey? A petty politician, using slangs and cheap language to address people..
A great leader is also build on great character? I guess you loose heavily on that..
To tell you Mr thackrey "tumhi je shabd vaparta te marathi mansala shobha det nahi".
He is nothing but evidently the "rajniti" is india is so disgusting, that instead empoweing law to kill this rat it has used this pathetic pile of disgusted bin and crowned the owner as the local king.
Mr Raj, you can try to woo the marathi people for votes, but that will help you only to get votes in rural maharashtra. But i am sure an educated Maharastrian would know that your path will finally lead to a destructive Era for all sects in MUMBAI....
You shout so much anti North Indian Slogan, ask your respected wife to clean up her wardrobe of Punjabi suits and bring a lot of local marathi dress...Yeah Charity begins at home..The North Indian lawyer you have hired, fire him and get a marathi lawyer that would be an evident move of anti North Indian slogan you ram down your throat for jobs? Ever thought these circumstances can lead to destitution of marathi people outside maharashtra....I hope that day does not come..for that would be a true end of India as a secular nation...

Confronting Inflation..really nice one
Came across a really impressive email...
It all about not indulging into unnecessary indulgence just for the sake of luxury.
here it is:
Nice Logic - It May Work !!
A man eats two eggs each morning for breakfast. When he goes to the Kirana
store he pays Rs. 12 a dozen. Since a dozen eggs won't last a week he
normally buys two dozens at a time. One day while buying eggs he notices
that the price has risen to Rs. 16. The next time he buys groceries, eggs
are Rs. 22 a dozen.
When asked to explain the price of eggs the store owner says, "The price
has gone up and I have to raise my price accordingly". This store buys 100
dozen eggs a day. He checked around for a better price and all the
distributors have raised their prices. The distributors have begun to buy
from the huge egg farms. The small egg farms have been driven out of
business. The huge egg farms sell 100,000 dozen eggs a day to
distributors. With no competition, they can set the price as they see fit.
The distributors then have to raise their prices to the grocery stores. And
on and on and on.
As the man kept buying eggs the price kept going up. He saw the big egg
trucks delivering 100 dozen eggs each day. Nothing changed there. He
checked out the huge egg farms and found they were selling 100,000 dozen
eggs to the distributors daily. Nothing had changed but the price of eggs.
Then week before Diwali the price of eggs shot up to Rs. 40 a dozen. Again
he asked the grocery owner why and was told, "Cakes and baking for the
holiday". The huge egg farmers know there will be a lot of baking going on
and more eggs will be used. Hence, the price of eggs goes up. Expect the
same thing at Christmas and other times when family cooking, baking, etc.
happen.
This pattern continues until the price of eggs is Rs. 60 a dozen. The man
says, " There must be something we can do about the price of eggs".
He starts talking to all the people in his town and they decide to stop
buying eggs. This didn't work because everyone needed eggs.
Finally, the man suggested only buying what you need. He ate 2 eggs a day.
On the way home from work he would stop at the grocery and buy two eggs.
Everyone in town started buying 2 or 3 eggs a day.
The grocery store owner began complaining that he had too many eggs in his
cooler. He told the distributor that he didn't need any eggs.
Maybe wouldn't need any all week.
The distributor had eggs piling up at his warehouse. He told the huge egg
farms that he didn't have any room for eggs would not need any for at least
two weeks.
At the egg farm, the chickens just kept on laying eggs. To relieve the
pressure, the huge egg farm told the distributor that they could buy the
eggs at a lower price.
The distributor said, " I don't have the room for the %$&^*&% eggs even if
they were free". The distributor told the grocery store owner that he
would lower the price of the eggs if the store would start buying
again.
The grocery store owner said, "I don't have room for more eggs. The
customers are only buying 2 or 3 eggs at a time. Now if you were to drop
the price of eggs back down to the original price, the customers
would start buying by the dozen again".
The distributors sent that proposal to the huge egg farmers but the egg
farmers liked the price they were getting for their eggs but, those
chickens just kept on laying. Finally, the egg farmers lowered the
price of their eggs. But only a few paisa.
The customers still bought 2 or 3 eggs at a time. They said, "when the
price of eggs gets down to where it was before, we will start buying by
the dozen."
Slowly the price of eggs started dropping. The distributors had to slash
their prices to make room for the eggs coming from the egg farmers.
The egg farmers cut their prices because the distributors wouldn't buy at a
higher price than they were selling eggs for. Anyway, they had full
warehouses and wouldn't need eggs for quite a while.
And those chickens kept on laying.
Eventually, the egg farmers cut their prices because they were throwing
away eggs they couldn't sell.
The distributors started buying again because the eggs were priced to where
the stores could afford to sell them at the lower price.
And the customers starting buying by the dozen again.
Now, transpose this analogy to the gasoline industry.
What if everyone only bought Rs 200.00 worth of Petrol each time they
pulled to the pump? The dealer's tanks would stay semi full all the time.
The dealers wouldn't have room for the gas coming from the huge tanks. The
tank farms wouldn't have room for the petrol coming from the refining
plants. And the refining plants wouldn't have room for the oil being off
loaded from the huge tankers coming from the oil fiends.
Just Rs 200.00 each time you buy gas. Don't fill up the tank of your car.
You may have to stop for gas twice a week, but the price should come down.
Think about it.
Also, don't buy anything else at the fuel station; don't give them any more
of your hard earned money than what you spend on gas, until the prices come
down..."
..just think of this concept for a while.
.................please pass this concept around....reaching out to
the masses ...the world .....

A Bridge of Broken Trust
When you think that you are being trusted at workplace, its time you take stock of the events...
Trust that too at work place..impossible dude..
Trust between peers..you think some one is ready enough to share his meal with you? Wake up..
But they do share a trust on certain platforms when it comes to sharing corporate gossip but never personal growth..
Just stick to this rule..and dont be fool enough..
Trust between lead/manager and you?...Lets start like this...
1. When the manager is trusting you so much, revealing some information, you feel one of the secret keepers of the team, that means he is trying really hard to know what is going on your mind..
He is concerned, are you leaving? Are you still happy with the appraisal?
That is because he is clueless with your responses at daily work.
You will soon find out he tries to ask you about the team and the team about you..
2. trust between managers/lead can only be professional...
manager :Yes this dude can do this work
reportees: My Manager shows concern in my work..
3. A reason big enough not to trust your manager is, "He is not the decision maker when it comes to your personal growth"... You may have bought Mt. Everest to you knees, but dude seriously you are expected to do so when required...So it never shakes the management..All they are worried is about "B"usiness and "R"evenues....
If Business is not doing gr8..no matter you made a TAJ MAHAL..you are bound to get rocks to eat..And your manager inspite knowing all about your work has to come back saying "It will be better next time"..
Its been more than 3 years...I have seen it all..They have no justifications for their action but they very well know how to get you motivated and seriously man they have a huge capacity to go ON and ON and ON for hours explaining why things went wrong and when they will be better..I have seen it all "graphs, career examples, economic growth, US economy" in such discussions and finally have realised..You have to be a heartless bitch to be a manager..No humanity, No dignity, No pride, Actively involved in crashing young dreams...Are managers..
You business did not do gr8...Bloody hell fire your business development guys....I am doing my job and i should get proper recognition..
But the bottom of the food chain cannot indulge in the luxury of "demands"....All they need is patience and climb up the ladder slowly..
So next time you hear stories of team from a Manager simply ask "What is it that you want to know from me"

Dooms day is here?
Not Exactly the doom's day, but a verge to extinction (thought the word is harsh, u will realise it eventually)...

The eco balance has finally shown signs of rupturing..
A large chunk of Iceberg gone in seconds..I know many don't even bother the outburst of this event..What climatic changes can do to the living human celluloid...
Oil prices shooting..water going scarce..Recently i came to know that the parliament house of india does not get sufficient water supply forget that you will ever get luxury of 24X water forever...Ganges is drying..prediction says that sea level shall rise by more that 5 feet in 2010..
Some say next world war could be for Water..
Recently noted, highest temperature ever in delhi on march 30 in last five years..that tells you a lot..Are you really ready to face such tormenting days ahead in your life with streets you walk turn into sun burnt sand plates...And you thought you have a Car with AC , a home with split AC
, but tell me what will you eat and drink without vegetation and water..
Stop being so stupid..turn to green energy sources, save water, save electricity, save fuel as much as you can...
all is happening here right in front of your eyes wide shut to these..
yeah you will be successful..your name written in history..for what , you will be history in few years with no one left to read your story..
Save the Planet , Save the Homo Sapiens
