MNS Should be Banned?

I had to write about this.

For new comers..I have studied till 12th in Maharashtra...And never in my life had i come across a single Marathi Manoos going blah blah about "you North Indian...".
People in Maharashtra are the most harmony loving people...evidently seen in the acceptance of their festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi celebrated by all sects in Maharashtra...

Yes, i say regionalism should be preached, if the intention is to protect domestic cultural values, but not at the cost of National interest...

Would Maharashtra or any other state would be able to survive if it was not part of India as a state.
If SIMI is being banned for various activities which are hampering nations integrity and unity then why not BAN MNS?
There should be petitions filed by IPS, IAS officers to ban such groups all over INDIA..
Who Is Mr. Raj Thackrey? A petty politician, using slangs and cheap language to address people..
A great leader is also build on great character? I guess you loose heavily on that..

To tell you Mr thackrey "tumhi je shabd vaparta te marathi mansala shobha det nahi".
He is nothing but evidently the "rajniti" is india is so disgusting, that instead empoweing law to kill this rat it has used this pathetic pile of disgusted bin and crowned the owner as the local king.

Mr Raj, you can try to woo the marathi people for votes, but that will help you only to get votes in rural maharashtra. But i am sure an educated Maharastrian would know that your path will finally lead to a destructive Era for all sects in MUMBAI....

You shout so much anti North Indian Slogan, ask your respected wife to clean up her wardrobe of Punjabi suits and bring a lot of local marathi dress...Yeah Charity begins at home..The North Indian lawyer you have hired, fire him and get a marathi lawyer that would be an evident move of anti North Indian slogan you ram down your throat for jobs? Ever thought these circumstances can lead to destitution of marathi people outside maharashtra....I hope that day does not come..for that would be a true end of India as a secular nation...

Confronting Inflation..really nice one

Came across a really impressive email...
It all about not indulging into unnecessary indulgence just for the sake of luxury.
here it is:

Nice Logic - It May Work !!

A man eats two eggs each morning for breakfast. When he goes to the Kirana
store he pays Rs. 12 a dozen. Since a dozen eggs won't last a week he
normally buys two dozens at a time. One day while buying eggs he notices
that the price has risen to Rs. 16. The next time he buys groceries, eggs
are Rs. 22 a dozen.

When asked to explain the price of eggs the store owner says, "The price
has gone up and I have to raise my price accordingly". This store buys 100
dozen eggs a day. He checked around for a better price and all the
distributors have raised their prices. The distributors have begun to buy
from the huge egg farms. The small egg farms have been driven out of
business. The huge egg farms sell 100,000 dozen eggs a day to
distributors. With no competition, they can set the price as they see fit.
The distributors then have to raise their prices to the grocery stores. And
on and on and on.

As the man kept buying eggs the price kept going up. He saw the big egg
trucks delivering 100 dozen eggs each day. Nothing changed there. He
checked out the huge egg farms and found they were selling 100,000 dozen
eggs to the distributors daily. Nothing had changed but the price of eggs.

Then week before Diwali the price of eggs shot up to Rs. 40 a dozen. Again
he asked the grocery owner why and was told, "Cakes and baking for the
holiday". The huge egg farmers know there will be a lot of baking going on
and more eggs will be used. Hence, the price of eggs goes up. Expect the
same thing at Christmas and other times when family cooking, baking, etc.
happen.

This pattern continues until the price of eggs is Rs. 60 a dozen. The man
says, " There must be something we can do about the price of eggs".

He starts talking to all the people in his town and they decide to stop
buying eggs. This didn't work because everyone needed eggs.

Finally, the man suggested only buying what you need. He ate 2 eggs a day.
On the way home from work he would stop at the grocery and buy two eggs.
Everyone in town started buying 2 or 3 eggs a day.

The grocery store owner began complaining that he had too many eggs in his
cooler. He told the distributor that he didn't need any eggs.
Maybe wouldn't need any all week.

The distributor had eggs piling up at his warehouse. He told the huge egg
farms that he didn't have any room for eggs would not need any for at least
two weeks.

At the egg farm, the chickens just kept on laying eggs. To relieve the
pressure, the huge egg farm told the distributor that they could buy the
eggs at a lower price.

The distributor said, " I don't have the room for the %$&^*&% eggs even if
they were free". The distributor told the grocery store owner that he
would lower the price of the eggs if the store would start buying
again.

The grocery store owner said, "I don't have room for more eggs. The
customers are only buying 2 or 3 eggs at a time. Now if you were to drop
the price of eggs back down to the original price, the customers
would start buying by the dozen again".

The distributors sent that proposal to the huge egg farmers but the egg
farmers liked the price they were getting for their eggs but, those
chickens just kept on laying. Finally, the egg farmers lowered the
price of their eggs. But only a few paisa.

The customers still bought 2 or 3 eggs at a time. They said, "when the
price of eggs gets down to where it was before, we will start buying by
the dozen."

Slowly the price of eggs started dropping. The distributors had to slash
their prices to make room for the eggs coming from the egg farmers.

The egg farmers cut their prices because the distributors wouldn't buy at a
higher price than they were selling eggs for. Anyway, they had full
warehouses and wouldn't need eggs for quite a while.

And those chickens kept on laying.

Eventually, the egg farmers cut their prices because they were throwing
away eggs they couldn't sell.

The distributors started buying again because the eggs were priced to where
the stores could afford to sell them at the lower price.

And the customers starting buying by the dozen again.

Now, transpose this analogy to the gasoline industry.

What if everyone only bought Rs 200.00 worth of Petrol each time they
pulled to the pump? The dealer's tanks would stay semi full all the time.
The dealers wouldn't have room for the gas coming from the huge tanks. The
tank farms wouldn't have room for the petrol coming from the refining
plants. And the refining plants wouldn't have room for the oil being off
loaded from the huge tankers coming from the oil fiends.

Just Rs 200.00 each time you buy gas. Don't fill up the tank of your car.
You may have to stop for gas twice a week, but the price should come down.

Think about it.

Also, don't buy anything else at the fuel station; don't give them any more
of your hard earned money than what you spend on gas, until the prices come
down..."

..just think of this concept for a while.

.................please pass this concept around....reaching out to
the masses ...the world .....

A Bridge of Broken Trust

When you think that you are being trusted at workplace, its time you take stock of the events...

Trust that too at work place..impossible dude..
Trust between peers..you think some one is ready enough to share his meal with you? Wake up..
But they do share a trust on certain platforms when it comes to sharing corporate gossip but never personal growth..
Just stick to this rule..and dont be fool enough..

Trust between lead/manager and you?...Lets start like this...

1. When the manager is trusting you so much, revealing some information, you feel one of the secret keepers of the team, that means he is trying really hard to know what is going on your mind..
He is concerned, are you leaving? Are you still happy with the appraisal?
That is because he is clueless with your responses at daily work.
You will soon find out he tries to ask you about the team and the team about you..

2. trust between managers/lead can only be professional...
manager :Yes this dude can do this work
reportees: My Manager shows concern in my work..

3. A reason big enough not to trust your manager is, "He is not the decision maker when it comes to your personal growth"... You may have bought Mt. Everest to you knees, but dude seriously you are expected to do so when required...So it never shakes the management..All they are worried is about "B"usiness and "R"evenues....
If Business is not doing gr8..no matter you made a TAJ MAHAL..you are bound to get rocks to eat..And your manager inspite knowing all about your work has to come back saying "It will be better next time"..
Its been more than 3 years...I have seen it all..They have no justifications for their action but they very well know how to get you motivated and seriously man they have a huge capacity to go ON and ON and ON for hours explaining why things went wrong and when they will be better..I have seen it all "graphs, career examples, economic growth, US economy" in such discussions and finally have realised..You have to be a heartless bitch to be a manager..No humanity, No dignity, No pride, Actively involved in crashing young dreams...Are managers..

You business did not do gr8...Bloody hell fire your business development guys....I am doing my job and i should get proper recognition..
But the bottom of the food chain cannot indulge in the luxury of "demands"....All they need is patience and climb up the ladder slowly..

So next time you hear stories of team from a Manager simply ask "What is it that you want to know from me"

Dooms day is here?

Not Exactly the doom's day, but a verge to extinction (thought the word is harsh, u will realise it eventually)...
Yeah People.....

Have you noticed from your toiling life what is happening around...
The eco balance has finally shown signs of rupturing..
A large chunk of Iceberg gone in seconds..I know many don't even bother the outburst of this event..What climatic changes can do to the living human celluloid...
Oil prices shooting..water going scarce..Recently i came to know that the parliament house of india does not get sufficient water supply forget that you will ever get luxury of 24X water forever...Ganges is drying..prediction says that sea level shall rise by more that 5 feet in 2010..
Some say next world war could be for Water..

Recently noted, highest temperature ever in delhi on march 30 in last five years..that tells you a lot..Are you really ready to face such tormenting days ahead in your life with streets you walk turn into sun burnt sand plates...And you thought you have a Car with AC , a home with split AC
, but tell me what will you eat and drink without vegetation and water..
Stop being so stupid..turn to green energy sources, save water, save electricity, save fuel as much as you can...
all is happening here right in front of your eyes wide shut to these..
yeah you will be successful..your name written in history..for what , you will be history in few years with no one left to read your story..
Save the Planet , Save the Homo Sapiens

Why it pained I’ll never want to know....

Why it pained I’ll never want to know...
(Willing Destiny)

Standing bright, in the hazy sunlight,
You came like a angel in golden twilight.

I knew I am there, but you were really not aware,
For resided in you someone and losing you I did not dare.
Merry was I with your company and glow,
Holding innocent hands with feelings to tell you more.

Came the day we parted and it snowed bad,
We went on the journey with whaterver memories we had.
I knew i was just a face for you I know,
But why it pained I’ll never want to know…

Days went by, I lived the dreamed era,
Till we met again with you untouched Aura.
So stunned was I, I thought I just lived in waste,
Oh Mighty, give me a another chance my heart paced.

You serenity touched me like shining divine,
And you did smile when I gazed you to be mine.
Distance parted, I still wanted to see you more,
But why it pained I’ll never want to know…

And spite in heaven and hell, felt together on unnamed road,
For heaven was your ignorance, and hell was my conscious abode.

We talked the world, as years went by,
Your cakewalk life and the rainy sky.
You never brought what together we might,
Never did I to hurt your smiling sight.

Friendship grew, became purple and warm,
Waiting to be red, together in arms.
I hate this word, starting with it is never right
It like wishing for the stars on cloudy night.
You never looked me as the person I wanted I know
But why it pained I’ll never want to know…

Your searching soul, for a mate of desire,
Felt like together we can see some fire.
But destiny’s will or my willing destiny,
You chose not me, but a fate’s mutiny.
Crashed my dream, your blissful ignorance will never let know
But why it pained I’ll never want to know…

Still you ask me beside, as i am your trust,
How can i breach it, for my feelings had never been lust.
I vow to stand for the memories left distorted,
Though it hurts like standing on broken glass carpet.

For all I thought I am happy but I am not,
For love is not sacrifice, it always pains a lot.
All the time I knew you never wanted it I know
But why it pained I’ll never want to know…

Satisfaction is Compromise

Wow..what struck me to write this heavily loaded discussion....
As one day fed up of my boring job i was pondering why am i so bored at my job....
It occurred to me that i am not that satisfied with my job, the challenges that the job brings..
Then i thought maybe i should not look up for any challenge in my job and maybe then i shall not feel bored and do my work as it is...bottomline i will be satisfied doing what i am doing...
and lo behold...it occurred to me...in order to be satisfied which i believe is a state of illusionary mental being people do compromise on many things in life...
And you will see around people who were ready to compromise on various aspects of life are the ones drumming i am satisfied with my life.. Nothing wrong..but my point is to be satisfied you have to let go/compromise on some virtues...
But by satisfaction i don't mean that you are content at your heart..If your satisfaction is a byproduct of compromise, something will always haunt you...I dont want that haunting to come again and again in life and i would wish of the lost opportunities just because i wanted to be disillusionedly satisfied..

So i have decided being just too young to compromise on my lookout for challenging jobs where you can learn more and more than that enjoy ur work, i need a contigency plan for the situation...
Is any body familiar what usually those plans especially if u r a software engineer? :)

Why have troubles and worries

And those great philosophers and psychologist thought that they understood the human mind /emotion or shall we say humans...
is it so? Then tell me sir, why is that inspite all human beings trying to be happy why is that they are surrounded by worries ?
They are happy in a relationship but have worries about the future.. they are very happy having a good life but then they worry over all things which many of the times are beyond their control..
parents worry about their kids first for education, then their behavior in teens, then their college, job, marriage, children's children.... why don't you just take a break from routine and be happy for the moment...things will fall together whether you worry or not..I am very happy and content with my life and i do not like any deviation from happiness to worries...I dont worry about me and not about others...Its a state of mind which i really dont want to deal..Does any other person wants to? I guess no..Then why create worries in your life and then in others....
